GENERAL REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
Changes of distance may be made once registered as long as there is space in the new chosen distance and the registration is paid in full, paying a handling fee of $ 10,000ARS / $10 USD.
• If the change of distance is to a shorter distance, the difference in price between the original distance and the new distance will not be refunded.
• If the change of distance is to a longer distance, the participant will have to pay the difference in the registration fee between the two distances in addition to the handling fee. This difference between the two registrations will correspond to the amount in force at the time of the change of registration.
• Distance changes can only be made until Monday, February 3, 2026, as long as the above conditions are met.
NO** refunds of any kind for any reason whatsoever, regardless of the time of request, NO EXCEPTIONS. NO EXCEPTIONS WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
The runner can transfer to another runner who must be notified by mail and the new runner must register through the platform according to the specifications given by mail, and the new participant must comply with the basic requirements for registration (such as INDEX).
Registrations will be made exclusively through the Internet and payment will be made by credit card, debit card and other Mercado Pago® options.
For the longer distances of the event, a valid UTMB INDEX will be required (valid means that you have finished qualifying races that award UTMB INDEX, regardless of the score itself).
